Todays weather was a bit of everythingToday Rolfslake welcomed back Feltham Piscatorials for their annual visit to the lake. The 21 anglers were hopefull that Rolfslake would give them some of the big fish that had been comming out recently as it is probably the only lake in the country where you only need 9 fish to win a match { just ask Jon Walker}.
The weather was a mixture of rain ,sun a swirling wind that made even more leaves come off the trees and into the lake but still it was relatively warm. In a very tight frame the winner after 5 hours was Gavin Miles who was drawn on little used of late peg 2, and who fished out at 7-8 metres and down the left hand margin. Gavin used a combination of corn and pellet to catch his fish on the deck and after 5 hours had put together a good winning weight of 127-00 {well done Gavin}.
